The DryLam LPV1200 DUO System 47" Wide Format Laminator is a dual heat and pressure wide format laminator and mounter of the highest caliber. The LPV1200 features a foot pedal web advance with a mechanical actuated roller that allows you to mount material up to a whopping 1 inch in thickness, making it perfect for foam board. The mandrels are marked at 38 inches and 43 inches for easy film alignment, while a 100lbs heavy duty roller stand is included with this laminating system.
The digital temperature readout tells you the precise temperature of the top and bottom nip rollers, while the versatile DUO System runs thermal and PSA films ranging from 1.2mil to 10mil in thickness, making it perfect for paper stocks, porous materials, non-porous synthetic stocks, floor graphics, decals, signage, etc. Some key safety features include an emergency shutoff button, cooling fans to ensure the machine doesn't overheat, nip area sensors that stop the roller from advancing when tripped and a nip area safety shield that swings up for easy threading and cleaning.
With lamination speed up to 12 feet per minutes, this wide format laminator will efficiently and consistently produce beautiful results.
